Renmark River Cruises is owned and operated by Stephen and Deanne Flaherty who have been in the Tourism Industry since 2008, operating "Renmark River Villas" (4 Holiday Homes) and "Boats and Bedzzz" (2 houseboats), on James Avenue in Renmark. In 2025 Stephen and Deanne commenced a new tourism offering with "Renmark River Cruises", a 12 seater chartered pontoon boat. Sit back and enjoy an informative cruise along the Murray River and view its natural habitat and magnificent scenery. They offer set tours or tailor your own package (POA) for an intimate tour or group function. A large selection of drinks and chips are available onboard to purchase and enjoy as you cruise. INFORMATION TO NOTE ABOUT THE PONTOON BOAT AND CRUISES: Please note there is no toilet onboard the pontoon boat so we suggest using the town’s great toilet facilities across the road from the Marina prior to arriving. The cruise has a 4 person minimum for the tour to go ahead. If minimum numbers are not met, we will make contact with you to see if you are flexible to change your tour date/time to join another cruise that is definitely running or we can offer a refund. Please make sure you have included all passengers as part of your booking, including children (aged 12 months to 15 years at time of tour) and infants (aged 11 months and younger at time of tour). There is no charge for infants aged 11 months and younger, but they will be required to sit on a parents lap if the pontoon boat is at full capacity. Infants 12 months and older form part of the people capacity limit requirements as set by AMSA, so it is important you provide accurate ages. Travel insurance is recommended
Terms and Conditions
TERMS, CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY Renmark River Cruises reserve the right to cancel or alter cruises at any time. If the tour is cancelled by us for any reason (eg weather), we will reschedule your tour or refund the full amount of monies paid. Renmark River Cruises endeavours to maintain a strict schedule for departure. If you are more than 5 minutes late on the day of your cruise and you miss the boat, you will not be entitled to a refund. If you do not show up on the day of your cruise, you will not be entitled to a refund. If you wish to cancel the tour more than 30 days prior to the tour date, you will receive a full refund of monies paid. If you wish to cancel the tour more than 14 days prior to the tour date, you will receive a 50% refund of monies paid. There will be no refund within 14 days of the tour date. The same terms above apply for cancelling part of your booking (eg cancelling only some of the seats of your total seats booked). Renmark River Cruises reserves the right to refuse boarding by any person who is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately Please note that credit card fees are non refundable when a cancellation occurs. Travel insurance is recommended.
